Re: deed, and power of attonery

Your questions are unclear. I am very sorry but clarity and precision are a must.

You should obtain some help in drafting your question so that it comes through clearer, in the English language. I am also addressing you in Spanish, which is the only other language I speak.

Sus preguntas no estan claramente plasmadas. Lo siento mucho, pero la claridad y la precisin son esenciales. Debe solicitar ayuda para que pueda plasmar sus preguntas de manera ms clara, en el idioma ingls.

From what I could gather, and can response within the terms of this service, you do not need a notarized power of attorney to have the US attorney act on your behalf. However, you would need a DEclaratoria de Herederos so that you are formally recognized as heir to your father's estate. With that you may act with regards to your father's estate, and obtain power of attorneys from any other surviving heirs.

Sincerely,
