Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Puerto Rico

Sexual Harassment

I'm a HSK Manager in a Hotel. I'm being accused by one of my employees by sexual harassment. I never did a sexual harassment to nobody. At this time the lady has a suspension on her file and the next step is a termination. I can't loose my job because someone want me out. What can I do in this case.

Re: Sexual Harassment

You need to address your supervisors pursuant to the sexual harassment policy in your workplace. You should ask him to give a protocol of conduct that lists your obligations and duties pursuant to company policy. You need to ask your union representative for support on this matter.

As of now, there is no statutory protection to the employee against spurious claims.
