a will never got to court
my name is--i have a family member pass on aug 18-1993.whe left a wii she had it notary in april 29-1987. she has a house. did no go to probate. i cant find eney imfo on the will or the house.this is in puerto rico

Assuming the law is similar to California's, go to the superior court where she died and look up the files to see whether any Will was submitted. If her assets were below a certain level, she does not have to go through probate. Look at the deed for the house to see how it was transerred if it was. Then speak with the person claiming to be in charge. they are willilng to do be in charge of the will and

Normally wills require two witnesses, not notarization. Check the real property transfer records in Puerto Rico by the address of the house and see whose name the house is in and how and when it got into that name.
