Legal Question in Criminal Law in Rhode Island

Can I be a Lawyer?--I have a felony.

I would like to be a lawyer. The problem is that I have a felony. Would it still be possible for me to pursue a carreer in law? Would I be allowed to take my BAR exam? Thanks.
