Sex Abuse

My husband is being acused of sexuly abusing his daughter in the fall of 2005. He was fuond not gulty in RI now his son who lives in connect is being acused of the same thing and they want to recharge my husband after the case has already been close in RI where it was suposed to have happened my Questions are: Can they do that? What can we do? Do you have a lawyer that can go to conn. and help him?

It sounds like you need to hire a Connecticut Criminal law Lawyer. There are very few lawyers in Rhode Island (RI) that are also licensed in CT. You are better off getting an attorney who is knowledeable about the judges and court system in CT.
