Does child support family court would consider to stop or reduce payments while father is in alchol rehabilitation center.

The Family Court may consider any change of circumstances in ruling on a motion to reduce or suspend child support.

And alcohol abuse treatment, at least viewed without other relevant facts, certainly would be a positive step for the entire family, so in my opinion, the Family Court likely would be favorably inclined to make some accommodation.

Note, though, any such request must be in writing properly filed with the Family Court requesting relief.
