I have been married in RI since 1981.We bought a house in ME IN 1991.We split approx.10 yrs ago.A couple of yrs.after that he and his girlfriend moved to our house against my will.I was raising our two daughters now adults.While living in an apartment.I had no money for a attorney.I now want to Divorce do I still have rights to my house? I have the deed.

Under RI law, you generally would have a claim for equitable distribution of all marital assets - including the real estate in Maine.
