Re: what do i do

You should report the molestations immediately to the Rhode Island Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline, who will initiate an investigation. To see more about the Board, you can visit its website at http://www.docboard.org/ri/main.htm ,

where you can find the information on how to file a complaint for unprofessional conduct. If there is a pattern of abuse or molestation and other patients have reported it, the doctor can have his license revoked or suspended.

If you would like to look into a possible civil case, please feel free to contact my colleague Patricia M. Joyce, Esq, in East Greenwich RI at (401)885-7200.

You should: 1. Call the police and report the molestation; then, 2. Call me to schedule an appointment to sit and discuss what has happened to you.

You may review our qualifications at www.montsum.com.
