Do I have the right to see all paper work that has to do with my car accident in regards to settlements?

Is this a settlement for you or against you? If for you, the release that you sign, or have signed, should have all the relevant information.

If this is a settlement against you, then the insurance company should tell you how much the settlement was for but they will not share confidential medical information regarding the injured party.
