Re: What is the tort threshold for Rhode Island?

Rhode Island does not have a threshold as we are a fault state as opposed to a no-fault state which would have a threshold.

Rhode Island does not have a threshold for Personal Injury claims, Automobile Accidents, Dog bites, Slip and Fall claims. Damages for pain and suffering, lost wages, scarring, medical bills could be any amount. I suggest that you contact a RI Personal injury attorney / lawyer.
