There is not a "Lemon Law" per se, however there are numerous other laws that can be of assistance. If it is within one year of construction there is an action against the builder for any defect, within ten years for latent (not obvious) defects. If the seller was aware of the defects and failed to disclose them there may be a cause of action directly against the seller or any agents who may have been involved. Whether there is a viable law suit and against whom is very fact specific.
