Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Rhode Island

Co-executors

I and two siblings are coexecutors

on my mothers will. property was willed to be split three ways.

house and furninshings etc.

one siblings has been staying in the house and emptying it of valuables. When I received a notice to sign for probate court as an executor, antiques, bank accounts etc are not accounted for

If I do not sign does the probate court still proceed ? I am located in Rhode Island, I have an attorney though he has ignored my concerns I believe he is a little cozy with the opposing attorney.

Re: Co-executors

First and foremost, if you do not completely trust your lawyer, choose another one, immediately!

Second, do not sign your name to any document that you know is not accurate.

Best wishes,
