Legal Question in Business Law in South Africa
Murray, aged 17 years bought a motor cycle from Dan,a dealer. Murray is still leaving with his parents,but has a job and pays for board and lodging to his parents.Murray's father didd not approve of murray's purchse of th bike,but his mother thought it was a nice thing. A week after the purchase,murray was involved in an accident and th motor cycle was destroyed completely. Murray now refuses to pay the balance of 20 000,which he still owes raising the defence of minority.
