Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I have lived with someone for 3 years in south Carolina.. we are not married. we have a bank account together. he has bars and the liquor/beer license are in my name. he speaks of me as his wife to his doctors. I do not work and me and my daughter are totally supported him. what rights do I have whn we separate.. .
