Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I am in the process of pursuing the NCP for child support of our 2 month old son. He works as a barber and is paid in cash. He doesn't report the income he makes but admitted to me when we were on better terms that he makes around 400-500 dollars/week. He disputed paternity and refused to do anything until it was established. We have established paternity and he still has contributed nothing to his welfare. Can I pursue him for expenses paid out of pocket before my son was born? Medical, hospital, child's layette,etc..
