can i get disability?

i had jaw surgery over 10 yrs ago done by the navy, i am divorced from my navy ex-husband and remarried outside the navy & not working & my jaw is crooked for life with19 titanium screws in both my upper and lower jaw i am in pain all day long with cracker jack sounds coming from every movement in my jaws to popping in my ears to can't eat certain foods like steak anymore or whistle no dr will help me i have been told by a jaw surgeon that if i have the surgery re-done, i will die because too complicated to re-do dentist are concerned when having teeth pulled or roor-canal because intimidated by screws everywhere can you help me?

This is a question for local counsel. Chances are there's no right to have the Navy doctors repair the work, but you have to look at the entirety of the situation. Not being able to eat steak is not a disability,--or at least not a total disability.

There's TONS of information online about disabilities and what problems are characterized as a disability, but only a specialist can get you a specific answer and a time frame for any relief.
