I have equipment that belongs to a company in chapter 7 bankruptcy. Can I require a written detailed list

They owe me money what are my rights?

Re: Business chapter 7

You are essentially a creditor of this company in its bankruptcy case, and you have the right to submit a proof of claim, and to receive appropriate notices. You must turn over all property belonging to the company in your possession (with very few exceptions) to the trustee upon request. You can request an inventory and identification assistance from the trustee or debtor in possession. I would definitely consider retaining an attorney in this case; bankruptcy laws are complicated no matter which "side of the aisle" you're on. Call my office for more assistance.
