breach of contract
what course of action recommended for a musician who is owed substantial amount of money from a distributor who wont pay. amount approx.$500,000 the dist. produces and sells the albums/cd''s and is expected to pay royalty checks monthly.

You may bring an action for breach of contract against the distributer to recover any actual damages.
