1. Call your local law enforcement and make an incident report. Once the report is obtained, go to the local magistrate's office and apply for a warrant as the incident report may indicate.

If you question pertains to possible civil litigation for damages:

1. Take the incident report to an attorney and ask if you have any grounds for suit aginst either of the two parties for criminal conversion to recover actual and punitive damages.

I do not understand how your car could be sold with out your knowledge since the transfer of a Certificate of Title is necessary from you to the buyer.
