Legal Question in Business Law in South Carolina

Rights of my design and logo made for company

I formerly had 30% in a company that i have left. This company is still in its early stage. I created all the text and logo design for this company without any payment due to the fact i was a part of said company. I have left and told my former partner to either pay me for the work or to return my work and not use any of my designs.

He refuses to do either and plains on using my designs against my permission. What actions legally can i take to insure my designs are not used by him?

Also the business license is currently listed with my home

address as its location. No paperwork was ever written up stating our partnership But all files including the company logo and other files have the original creation date on them saved on my PC. I'm only wanting either to stop him from using my designs or pay me for the right to use them.

Thank you for you time.
