Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in South Carolina

How can I get a court ordered contempt of court due to failing to pay ailmony when I am in South Carolina where the original order was made and my ex lives in Florida and refuses to pay his ailmony and says he wish I would hurry up and die.

You will need to have the Florida order entered in to South Carolina or you can bring a contempt order is Florida where your ex-husband lives.
