Legal Question in Consumer Law in South Carolina

gross misrepresentation

I purchased vaction club points from a Vaction Club.

Very little of what I was told by the salesman was true!

Please tell me if there is anything I can do. I have not used any of my vaction club points and I have paid $2000 of the $10000 I purchased the points for and am continueing payments evey month. At this time I have not been able to book one vaction through them. Please lead me in the right direction. I have been mislead!

Re: gross misrepresentation

You may very well have a claim for fraudulent inducement. Indeed, if your claims are typical of others similarly situation, you may be ripe to serve as a class representative in a class action.
