Can a convicted conspiracy charge to sell crack cocaine be expunged in south carolina.

Section 22-5-910 of the South Carolina Code states that certain first offenses that result in convictions in magistrates or municipal court may be expunged.

The charge your referring to is a General Sessions charge and therefore would not apply.
