Durg charges in Chester county, SC

I was charged with two counts of Possession with the intent to distribute conspiracy of cocaine. My charges was dropped to two counts of simple possession. I was sentenced to two years probation. Why was my license was taken away? How long will it be taken?

The best thing to do is ask your attorney since he/she is most familiar with your case. The law requires a person have thier license suspended for a drug conviction. Generally its for 6 months. But you really need to ask your lawyer to be sure.
