Hi, My friend was with another friend of his who of which just sent a kid to the hospital. My friend had no idea that this was going ot happen but he was still there and saw it happen. My friend is worried that if his other friend does not confess that he might be charged What should he do?

If the police are called and an Assault & Battery is reported, there is not much that a person can do. The police will investigate as they see fit.
