they had a search warrant.

took per. meds.(pain pills)

police said they had him on tape trading pain pills for sex.

want him to turn people in for drugs

said they had 180 days to charge him

was not put in jail (yet)

There is no law that says the police only have 180 days to arrst someone for this. Especially if they are still investigating. I am not sure what they are referring to.
