can i get my money back from a bail bondsmond if the charges have been dismissed and disposed and how do i go about getting it back if i can?

The money that a person gives to a bail bondsman, is for them to keep. It is not contingent on the outcome of the case. Your bondsman would be happy to explain it to you.
