Re: Pardon Procedures

Having a lawyer will in no way hinder the process. Lawyers know what information they are looking for and can be an asset in presenting the information. You need to address a number of things to make your application more favorable. Many things about you, your character, your career endeavors, family life, etc., can all be stated. You must also be aware that they might like to see not only facts concerning your conviction, but an explanation as to why you deserve a pardon, meaning what is it about you that justifys granting it to you. There is also a certain procedure that must be followed. Robert Johnston (843)828-1137
