Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

possesion

my friend was walking down the road and one of his friends stopped and threw something out the car the next thing that happens is two cops pull up and arrest him for having drugs by his foot.

is there any thing we can do about this to get the charges droppes??

Yes. Hiring a criminal lawyer would be his first step. Often, if a case does not appear sound to the solictor, they will be willing to work out a deal, and sometimes dismiss the charges.
