Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
Possession
If someone is arrest in August for simple possession and at the time is a minor the age was 16 but they haven't heard anything regarding there case and have turn 17 what would usual happen because it is almost april and i haven't heard anything do you think that the case was drop or of not what what step would the courts take.

Some courts are busy and cases just take a while to get called. I would contact the court to make sure everything is akay.
