I have a simple possession of marijuana ticket and the court date is coming up on feb 22. i have 2 other "first" offense charges from approx 7 and 10 years ago. what should i expect this time? is it possible for them to charge me for third offense when i was never charged for a second offense? and will i lose me license?

I don't know what your other "first offense" charges were for. That will make a difference. Also, you may have been a minor at that time, and that could make a difference.
