I'm in South Carolina, charged and arrested for 24 hours, now in general sessions court, with hit and run attended vehicle with no injury, no damage. I doubt the other driver will even show up. I'm sure the cop will show up. what penalties am i facing? Am I going back to jail?

I get questions like this every day. I wish I could help, but I can't. Each case is different and they all depend on a person's record, the amount and quality of the evidence, how mad the victim is, and many other factors. Usually people don't go to jail on these charges. But then again, I don't know anything about your record and haven'ts seen the discovery on this case. I would answer your question if I could.
