Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

i got a dui in south carolina...never been in trouble before, do i plead guilty or not guilty?

The best thing you can do is consult an attorney and allow him/her to ask you the necessary questions and then advise you as to what you should do. Every DUI case is treated differently, depending on the breath test, if there was an impaired driving and if so what it was, the field sobriety tests, video tapes, etc.
