Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

What is DUI-ACC? I know what DUI mean, however, i do not know what ACC means.

In 20 years and defending around one thousand DUI cases, I have never heard of DUI-ACC. There is a charge called DUAC that I think you, which I suspect is what you are referring to. It has nearly the same penalties as a DUI and stands for Driving With Unlawful Alcohol Concentration.
