Alimony Reduction

Will the granting of Social Security Disability be sufficient change in circumstances to warrant a reduction or elimination in alimony to the ex wife?

Without knowing all of the relevant facts, it's not possible to say, but I think that there is a very good chance of prevailing in an alimony reduction action based upon your becoming disabled.
