Re: Child Custody

Generally speaking, I would say yes. However, the key to understanding what you can and cannot do, is in the final court order when you got custody. Its difficult for the courts to actually order that a person cannot move. Therefore, there are usually certain provisions in the order requiring you to give notice to the other parent, assist in transportation for him or her to visit the children, etc. When one parent moves out of the area it usually changes the visitation arrangements. The best I can do here is simply tell you in a general since how it works. I cannot give you any specific adive without seeing the court order. I would advise you to take a good look at it and have a lawyer read it and then advise you.
