Court Appointed Attorney for Divorce?

Does Rule 608 apply to appointing an attorney to represent an indigent person in a divorce hearing and/or child support dispute (custodial parent)? If yes, how do you go about requesting a court appointed attorney in these matters?

The rule applies to appointing lawyers to seve as counsel or guardians ad litems for indigent persons in the circuit court and family courts. You would need to contact the appropriate court to inquire about requesting an appointment.
