Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my son has physical custody of his 3 minor children/his neighbor called dss w/anonymous neglect charge.dss found no neglect only that my son admitted to smoking weed this past weekend while i had his kids with me(grandmother)now dss wants to take away his parental rights until an investigation can be done. if his drug tests comes back negative can they still keep his kids away from him. i have temp custody right now, but the kids need to be with him.

Your son needs to consult with an experienced family law attorney ASAP, as DSS will trample his rights if he does not.
