i was awarded the marital home at the time of my divorce however the deed was never put into just my name at the time my divorce was final. How do I go about getting this done now as I want to sell the property?

The easiest and quickest way to address this is to have a Deed drawn up and ask your former spouse to sign it. If the former spouse refuses, you can petition the Court to authorize the Clerk to sign it on his/her behalf.
