Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Family law/concerning DSS

We are being charged with mentally injury to a chilld. The caseworker is coming to discuss treatment with us. We are not gulity and may not agree to everything on the treatment plan. Should we siign it? If not then would they remove the kids if they have not already did it.

Without knowing all the facts it is difficult to advise properly. But it generally a good idea to work with DSS.

If you did not do what you are accused of doing, then you need to consult with an attorney. D.S.S. will take advantage of your lack of representation at every turn, and your case will proceed much more smoothly if you get an attorney involved sooner rather than later.
