Handling an at-fault divorce case is a complicated process, and using downloaded forms is rarely a good idea. You would be well served to consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.

You are also welcome to download a copy of our E-Book, "The Essential Guide to Divorce in South Carolina What You Need to Know Right Now", which contains helpful articles for those facing Family Court. You can get your free copy at http://www.scfamilylaw.com/the-essential-guide-to-south-carolina-divorce/.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com/blog) or our website (www.SCFamilyLaw.com). I wish you the best of luck.
