Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

where is my husband employed
In May 2002 husband deserted family. I know he is living with family in Easley, S.C. I have started divorce proceedings in Maryland and Child Support with BOSE. I had to file this with the courts without an attorney. I have already sent husband divorce complaint it has been 60 days and he has not responded. The next phase is to file for default and then suppeana his payroll records from his employment to submit to the masters hearing. My question to you is how do i find out where he is working? Where do i start? I know his ss#. Please help.

There are numerous person search, asset search, and employment identification

services available, check on-line. These services charge a fee and the fees can vary considerably.

Otherwise, you can hire a private investigator where your husband lives.
