Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My husband and I have been seperated and living in seperate dwellings for 6 months. We want to file for divorce in February 2013 but I can't foot the who bill so we want to file joint . How will this affect us getting a divorce in February.

Only one person needs to file. The filing fee is $150.00 and service of process is $15.00. Then there will be a $25.00 fee for the motion for final hearing. The court does not care who pays for any of this as long as it gets paid.
