Do I legally have to provide my bank account statements to the opposing attoney if asked?

If the records have been requested in a valid, proper manner (such as Interrogatories, Request for Production, or Subpoena), you DO have to produce them. Should you fail or refuse to do so without a sound, valid reason, you could find yourself sanctioned and/or held in contempt of court.
