Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Can my ex be made to allow me to talk with my son on the phone while he is with her? She ignores my calls and my voice mails and will not allow me to talk to him. We have joint custody.

Is phone contact in the order? If it is and she is not allow the contact, you can rule her in to court for not following the order. If it is not, you may want to petition the court and ask for phone contact.
