Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I got married in 2004 and my husband and I were only together for three months in the marriage. How do I go by fileing divorce papers if I do not have any contact with him. I don't even know where he is.

File the complaint. Serve the complaint and summons by return receipt requested certified mail restricted delivery to his last known address. When the cert mail comes back you can petition the court for service by publication.
