Do you have to pay child support for a child who has another man's name listed on the birth certificate?

Whether you have to pay child support is dependent upon who has been judged to be the father of the child. A DNA test will most likely trump a birth certificate, particularly if the parties have never been to Court before. More information is needed to be able to provide a more specific answer.
