I rec'd reasonable/overnight visitation of my child-I am being denied these righ

I lost cust. of my 11yr daughter on 3/21/00 to my parents because the judge said I am unfit because I am a lesbian. He gave me reasonable and overnight visitation with my child. With mutal agreement of the parties. Well since they got my child they are turning her against me. They have her calling me a "Nasty Habit" etc. My mother will not let me have any overnight visits. She says that the 11yr is old enought to make her own choices. I need help. Before I lost cust. my child and I got alone excellantly.

If the judge gave you over-night visitation and now your parents are denying you that, then they can be held in contempt of court for not following the court order. You can take them back into court whereby the judge will force them to compy with the order.

Secondly, the judge will not tolerate your parents making disparging remarks about you in front of the child. You can take them back into court on this as well.
