Remarriage After Divorce in South Carolina

My estranged husband is planning on marrying his paramour as soon as our divorce is final. The final hearing is set in September. When is the earliest that he would be able to legally marry her? Thank you.

He can marry her as soon as he is divorced from you. The divorce will be final as soon as the Judge signs the Divorce Decree.
