separation/child visitation

my spouse will not agree to leave the rented premises, how can I force him to leave even though both names are on the lease? we must also agree to visitation

If you have fault grounds, then you can petition the Court to force him/her to leave. If not, then either you will need to leave or try to force him/her out (via changing the locks, etc.). There will be many issues that you must address, and you should consult an attorney to discuss your options.
